The simple, 100% secure website will ask for some contact information, your credit card, and a few quick questions about your family. We'll ask you who is the best point of contact to manage the device and help setup contacts - we call this person the Family Admin.
If you'd prefer, you can also call us anytime to speak with a live person and to place your order over the phone.
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to the appointed Family Admin containing login instructions to GrandPad Central. This secure website allows you to add contacts, upload photos, and more! Click here to see tips on how to get started setting up your GrandPad subscription.
Once we receive your order, the GrandPad is setup and then shipped the next business day via the US Postal Service and is typically delivered to your door within 2-5 business days.
While the device is being shipped, the Family Admin is still able to invite contacts and make sure the entire family is ready to be connected.
When the GrandPad arrives, just place the device inside the included wireless charging cradle to turn it on.
Contacts, music, photos, and more will all be loaded and ready for use.
