Return Policy

We sincerely hope you enjoy all the benefits of your GrandPad® membership, but we understand that your needs may have changed. Your GrandPad membership can be cancelled at any time for any reason. If you wish to cancel your membership and return the GrandPad and its accessories, please call us (800) 704-9412 or email, to notify us that you wish to cancel and make a return. After requesting a return, we will follow up with you via phone within 2 business days. At that time, we will instruct you how to ship the GrandPad back to us. You are responsible for shipping and postage. To help us understand and serve our customers better, we will also ask for any feedback you may have to offer during this phone call.

Your membership subscription will be cancelled once the returned GrandPad arrives at our fulfillment center, and is processed. Your return will be processed within 2 business days. There are no refunds or prorations for returned GrandPad devices on a monthly plan. However, if you are on an annual GrandPad membership plan, you will receive a prorated refund for the time remaining on your membership. Once your returned GrandPad is processed, you will simply receive no further charges, and your membership will be cancelled.
