A ride is just a few taps away with the easy-to-use Transportation button on the GrandPad tablet. Transportation fees are billed with each ride. It’s easy to manage the custom ride features and billing within GrandPad Central.
We ensure your loved one will be picked up and dropped off. Should any issues arise, your loved one can either call a customer support agent or the Lyft driver directly from the GrandPad.
Request a ride directly from the GrandPad tablet. A family administrator can add preset locations that the GrandPad user may want to visit regularly, such as doctors’ offices, grocery stores, or community functions. They’ll also manage the billing and will be charged per each ride.
Request a ride by connecting with GrandPad’s white-glove, U.S.-based customer care team, who will take care of all arrangements for the ride. All the GrandPad user needs to do is simply state where they would like to go, and the GrandPad customer care team will arrange the Lyft ride for an additional small fee.
